Tethered

Tethered is a retro exploration game available as an html-5 widget and gameboy rom. The game follows a cowboy on his meandering journey through the stars, as he connects with people across the galaxy and joins the planets together with a series of mysterious beacons.

Currently the game uses music and sound effects from the open-source GB Studio Community Assets, but an OST is available for download with a number of rousing chiptunes. The game also uses terrain and backgrounds from the Multi-Platformer Tileset.
